At Krannich Solar, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all online purchases. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel your order, please email support@krannich.in or call our customer care.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for:

Pre-dispatch cancellations

In case of product unavailability

Orders wrongly charged or failed transactions

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

3. Returns and Replacements

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or tampered products will not be accepted.

Any replacement request must include clear proof of defect/damage and original invoice.
